Horncastle hopes that the sectors which have struggled during the pandemic will get some new opportunities over the coming months and explains how he thinks there’s room for the local economy to be more successful.
‘Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire has always had lots of entrepreneurs historically as we’ve had to fend for ourselves, and we’ve got so many good businesses. People have confidence in the level of growth in this region.
If we’re going to reverse some of the challenges, we must pull together to fix the local problems buy building a better local economy.’
