Jamie Dempster

Jamie Dempster is a Hull born business man and set up his first business back in 2006. Prior to this Jamie had worked in Construction for many large companies all throughout the UK. The last 10 years of his career Jamie has worked extensively with European and Global companies like Aegion and Fyfe Co, with Fyfe he founded the UK subsidiary of Fibrwrap Construction in 2010.

Jamie successfully steered Fibrwrap UK for 7 years, whilst also carrying out an Operational Managers role for the other group subsidiaries in Europe right up to a corporate buy out in 2106. In 2017 Jamie successfully steered a management buyout of the then Fibrwrap UK contracting division, Composites Construction UK (CCUK) was launched in January 2018 and is a specialist contractor, that carries out carbon fibre strengthening (Fibrwrap Systems) to structural elements all over the UK and Europe.

Jamie is now CEO and founder of Compic UK Ltd, a brand new start up business that exists to deliver consulting services, inspection and testing, installation training and guidance to Structural Engineers, Contractors and Suppliers for carbon fibre strengthening throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
